All Solvil et Titus watches sold by Solvil et Titus Global online shop are covered by the 2-years warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover bracelets, crystals, batteries, wear to the case or moisture damage (if the Product is non-water resistant), nor does it apply if there is evidence of misuse or abuse, including defects related to servicing not carried out by authorized dealers. Products damaged by wear and tear are not classed as a manufacturing defect.
How can I get my watch repaired?
For international customers who can purchased from Solvil et Titus Global online shop and presents a valid warranty card, we offer a convenient warranty process. You can send your watch directly to our service center in Hong Kong. To ensure a smooth experience, we will cover shipping and repair costs, allowing you to enjoy professional warranty services at no extra expense. During the warranty period, problems caused by defects in the movement itself will be repaired free of charge. However, damage caused by human factors such as impacts, water damage, chemical contact, or unauthorized disassembly is not covered by the free repair service (e.g., significant impacts resulting in a broken balance wheel, damaged watch case, cracked crystal, broken crown, damaged strap, etc.).
How to request warranty service?
Please contact customer service at cs@solvil-et-titus.hk and provide details of your watch and a description of the problem. We will guide you through the process of securely shipping your watch to our service center. After the repair is completed, we will securely ship your watch back to you.
