We are pleased to offer inclusive pricing that covers all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges. No additional fees will be requested from you upon delivery. We will submit accurate customs declarations and coordinate with our shipping partners to clear your order through customs smoothly. Should customs authorities require further information or documentation, we will work with you to provide it promptly. However, please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays caused by customs processing or inspections.

 

Processing Information:

 

When you enter your delivery address and proceed to checkout, the applicable shipping charges will be displayed to you. We will dispatch your order within 2–3 working days after order confirmation.

 

Shipping Methods:

 

Please note that we work with a range of shipping carriers — the courier assigned to your order will depend on your location and the specific delivery route. Tracking information will be available for all orders after arrival in the destination country. We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

Damaged or Missing Items in International Orders:

For international orders, if you receive a damaged or missing item, you must initiate and complete an insurance claim before receiving compensation or a replacement. Please contact us at cs@solvil-et-titus.hk within five business days of delivery to begin the claims process. It is essential to retain the shipping box, as our insurance company may require inspection. In the event of non-receipt of the item, we are required to observe a waiting period of 45 days from the shipment date before we can initiate an insurance claim.

 

Change-of-Mind Purchases:

 

If you have paid for an item that has not yet shipped and you wish to cancel for a refund, please note that a 3% processing fee will apply. This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

 

Exchanges:

 

Exchanges will only be processed for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you receive your parcel and find that the item is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please send us an email at cs@solvil-et-titus.hk and ship the item to our official return address. We will arrange for a replacement of the same product once we have received and inspected the returned item.
